SERVICING & REPAIRS
We offer service and repairs on all existing aluminium doors, windows and frames. This includes sliding, folding and hinged doors, pivot doors as well as shower doors.
We also replace any broken glass or windows.
We recommend that you service your aluminium installations on a yearly basis.
Servicing and repairs that we offer:
Doors
- Service and repair all hardware on doors including sliding door rollers, patio door gaskets, rails, top and bottom guide rollers, weather piles, seals and floor springs.
- Repairs to handles, locks, cylinders, hinges, flush-bolts and door controls.
- Repair to catches and tightening of hinges.
- Realignment of doors.
- Replace and lubricate sliding door wheels.
- Reseal shower doors, windows and glass door panels.
Windows
- Service and repair all hardware on windows such as sliding window rollers, friction stays, restrictors, handles, seal gaskets, weather-piles, wool-pile, fin pile and bubble seals, etc.
- If sliding sashes do not slide freely, we remove the sash, check the wheels for damage and replace where needed.
- The spring balance of a vertical sliding window is under tension. We remove, service or replace.
- We supply, as well as fit Spirex® balances to balance the window sash.
